Tropical Green Smoothie {dairy free}

My children and I drink this at least once a week because while my daughter loves raw red bell peppers, my son won’t eat raw veggies. But he loves this

smoothie! I don’t believe in “sneaking in” veggies to my kids – I tell them exactly what’s in everything so that they know that vegetables can actually

taste delicious.

INGREDIENTS:

Orange juice

Banana

Spinach

Frozen mango

Frozen peach

Frozen pineapple

Hemp/flax seeds (optional)

METHOD:

Starting with the liquid to the frozen solids, put each item into a high-powered blender.

Blend.

Serve immediately.
