Creamy Peppercorn Ranch Dressing {vegan}
My sister-in-law shared the recipe from me, which she got from a book called “Pure Pleasures” by Natalia KW. The author seems to have a very small
digital footprint, so finding any place to link back to her has been hard. But in trying to find her, I’ve seen this recipe posted on many blogs because it is
just that good. I’m sharing it with you because it is JUST THAT GOOD. I don’t want this recipe to be lost. It is forever in our permanent rotation. I’ve had
regular ranch, I’ve had vegan ranch. This surpasses them all – and it’s only 7 ingredients!
INGREDIENTS:
1/3 cup water
1/3 cup lemon juice
2/3 cup hemp seeds
3-5 cloves of garlic (start with less)
2 tsp whole black peppercorns
1 tsp salt
1 cup extra virgin olive oil
METHOD:
Place all of the ingredients except for the oil in a high-speed blender. Blend until smooth.
With the blender on low speed, slowly pour in the oil. Blend until emulsified.
